It aims to deliver authentic Neapolitan-style gourmet pizzas, pasta, split bread and more, to the city gates.

Parties, outings, celebrations or just a lazy Sunday afternoon at home – pizzas are an all-time favorite and have their place at the table, whether with friends or family. The current menu was conceptualized by its chef in in-house shorts, Irfan Pabaney, Country Head of SodaBottleOpenerWala, who was previously associated with Indigo, Hakkasan & Sassy Spoon. With his years of experience in the kitchen, he has created a menu to satisfy the cheese cravings of all pizza and pasta lovers.

The menu is a mix of classic pizzas and a few unconventional ones like the caramelized onion and feta pizza, with a play of creamy and crunchy textures. While the classic Margherita pizza is made with San Marzano tomato sauce, topped with fresh basil and the house mix of Danish cheese, the wild mushroom pizza is made with a mix of shiitake, straw and button mushrooms. The menu also includes the pepperoni pizza, a 100% Italian pepperoni with its signature sauce, cheese with a touch of olive – a black olive tapenade.

For those not in the mood for pizza, it offers a selection of rich and creamy pastas including – Classic Aglio Olio, rich cream with porcini mushrooms and cheese bread and pesto and smoked Scamorza bread, and crispy bacon, onion caramelized and Cheddar Bread.

“We’ve always wanted to bring Olive home, and what better way to do that than with pizza. We’ve spent months imagining and curating the current menu with Olive’s heritage in mind, but by creating our own identity through our choice of ingredients and processes, ”said Chef Irfan.

Commenting on the launch, AD Singh, Founder and CEO of Olive Group of Restaurants, said, “Olive’s pizzas have been very popular since the opening of our blue doors. With a little R&D to fine-tune the product to be suitable for delivery, we’re excited to launch Olive Pizzeria to serve customers these delicious pizzas right at home. ”

In the wake of the pandemic, the cloud kitchen is working hard to ensure food is prepared and delivered to its customers safely – requiring all staff to wash and sanitize their hands regularly and to have their temperature checked daily.
