Hawaiian Cuisine on the Road: The Queens Market

Hawaii’s Kitchen is on the road at Waikoloa Beach Resort and Queens’ Marketplace on the island of Hawaii today. Three locally owned and operated businesses in a convenient outdoor mall that offers some of the best shopping for everyone. Our three stops first take us to Sansei Seafood Steak and Sushi Bar with owner DK Kodama. As part of the broadcast, Kodama spoke about his favorite dishes and some of the most popular dishes including rib eye steak, sushi platters and lobster mash. https://dkrestaurants.com/index.php/main/about

The second place is a place where you think more of popcorn and pop, but at the Waikoloa Luxury Cinemas there is so much more. Sit back and enjoy the latest movie while having a Cheesburger and fries served straight from the grill, or lamb pops and Ahi Nachos. And don’t just order a soda, how about beer or your favorite adult drink. Everything from the Bistro to the Waikoloa Luxury Cinemas. https://www.hawaiicinemas.com/

And finally, we stopped at Kuleana Rum Shack which offers Kuleana Rum Works rum, made right here on the island of Hawaii. From a farm in Kohala to the Kawaihae Distillery to a table at the Kuleana Rum Shack. Try their rum pure, in cocktails and even their food. https://kuleanarum.com/pages/kuleana-rum-shack
