If something sounds too good to be true, it often means it is.
A Victorian property in one of London’s exclusive postcodes West Kensington has been marketed for the oddly low price of £ 390 per month.
The problem? It’s tiny.
The fully furnished studio is so small that the bed is within easy reach of the kitchen. In fact, it blocks the whole kitchen and prevents the refrigerator from opening completely.
Although it has “wooden floors,” there really isn’t much to see. Instead, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and table with a chair cover the space – leaving hardly any room to stretch your legs.
The apartment does not even have space for its own toilet. The tenant will share the bathroom with the other residents of the block.

An eagle-eyed Twitter user stumbled across the list and called the London accommodation a “joke”.
She said: “Randomly browsing apartments on Zoopla for no reason and I came across this.
“Accommodation in London is such a joke.
“I saw prison cells bigger than this [for real]. “
The property is rented by Space Let with the Zoopla listing as follows: ‘A single bed located in a large Victorian house between West Kensington and Baron’s Court stations with many amenities in the area.
“Compact studio furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small table and chairs.
“Clean kitchen with off-plan stove and oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, built-in stainless steel sink and a range of wall and base units. Shared bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
According to upon announcement, tenants must agree to stay for at least six months.
